什麼是SEM？簡單地說，就是用一系列的算式，檢測變數之間的causal relationship。

• 預測
• 解釋

SEM的分類：

• PLS(以變異數分析為基礎)
• LISREL(Cobalance based)

Why PLS?

• 資料呈non-normal分配
• 適用於小樣本（一般為factor的10倍）
• 處理潛在變數
• 可處理formative 與reflective construct
• 信效度問題
